The Graph panel shows each file present in the Project Folder. The graphs are dragged from that panel.

The Hierarchy panel shows how the graphs are instantiated in a project. A graph file may be seen more than once in a project. When instantiated many times, a Graph has dashed borders instead of plain borders.
